Installation time: approx. 2 – 3 hours

Info: This retrofit kit is assembled individually for your vehicle based on the vehicle identification number; therefore, the scope of delivery may vary slightly and differ from the parts shown in the photos. You will always receive all parts required for the retrofit!

⚠ Important note:

For VW Touran models without multifunction steering wheel and without an already installed Highline diagnostic interface / gateway, this must also be replaced (if the vehicle is equipped with an assistance camera (PR number QK1), a Highline diagnostic interface / gateway is always installed and does not need to be checked).

You can check whether the currently installed diagnostic interface / gateway is compatible as follows:

Connect the vehicle to a diagnostic system (e.g. VCDS) – open control unit address 19 – in the info field, for example, the following appears:
- Gateway LOW = low = not compatible
- Gateway MED = medium = not compatible
- Gateway HIGH = high = compatible (the currently installed control unit does NOT need to be replaced).

Install the new steering wheel buttons including trim
Route the supplied control wire for cruise control (not required if limiter is present)
Install the Plug & Play activation module for cruise control
Activate the cruise control according to the enclosed instructions, e.g. via VCDS, ODIS, VCP etc.
