Retrofit kit for retrofitting the cruise control system in the Volkswagen T6.1 from model year 2020

This set enables you to use the following functions:

Set speed
Accelerate (increase speed)
Decelerate (reduce speed)
Resume last saved speed
Speed limiter function
All functions are operated with the new steering column switch on the left side of the turn signal lever (like from factory / only if no multifunction steering wheel is installed)
All functions are operated with the new steering wheel buttons (like from factory / only if a multifunction steering wheel is installed)

Scope of delivery:

Original VW steering column combination switch with cruise control function (only if no multifunction steering wheel is installed)
Original VW button unit left and right with cruise control function for multifunction steering wheel (only if a multifunction steering wheel is installed)
Original VW steering wheel trim for multifunction steering wheel (only if a multifunction steering wheel is installed)
Original VW accelerator pedal with shut-off function for the speed limiter (only for manual transmission)
Vehicle-specific cruise control wiring harness
Connection instructions for the cruise control cable set
Request for SVM - activation document cruise control function (pay attention to information)

This retrofit package is suitable for the following models:

Manual as well as automatic models WITH and WITHOUT multifunction steering wheel (MuFu)
We always supply the components that are suitable for your vehicle (determined by the chassis number)
Not suitable for vehicles with

The activation of the cruise control system (GRA) can be done either through a Volkswagen dealership workshop OR workshops with online connection to the manufacturer (provided that ODIS is available).
The activation document required for the activation is NOT included in our set and must be obtained separately through Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
For private customers: the application form can only be requested by the executing dealership workshop, the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Service Center must be contacted for this purpose.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles charges 155 euros plus VAT for the activation document (purchase price as of October 2022, price differences possible!).
We are happy to perform the complete retrofitting including activation at a fixed price in our workshop. For further information regarding the scope and price, please refer to our complete offer under the article number MGRA-T61.

Additional Notes

The activation of the cruise control system (GRA) through testers such as VCDS, OBD-Eleven, or similar is NOT possible.
Advantage of online activation: the new equipment "GRA & Speed-Limiter" will be added to your VW T6.1 in the factory.
MuFu = Multifunction steering wheel
