During parking heater operation, occasional fault entries may be stored in control units. According to Webasto documentation for the Thermo Top Evo (OE) water heater in VW T6.1, certain vehicle functions may be recorded as events during operation. However, these entries do not affect vehicle functionality during driving.
The upgrade is only possible if the auxiliary heater is fully functional. If components are defective (e.g. circulation pump), the parking heater function will not be available. We are happy to check your auxiliary heater free of charge in our workshop.
