Cruise Control Activation Module Plug & Play for vehicles with a separate CAN gateway

To be used when retrofitting a cruise control system (including Speed Limiter) when NO activation document for unlocking through an Audi or Volkswagen authorized workshop is used.

Product information:

For retrofitting the original cruise control system in the vehicles listed below, an activation document with license protection is normally required, which is included exclusively with the original retrofit kit. Activation is carried out exclusively through an authorized workshop using this document. Once activated, the new equipment is registered with your car's VIN at the factory, and the parts catalog is updated accordingly.

A simple activation through coding of the engine and steering column electronics, e.g., via VCDS, is not possible in these vehicles. With the use of our Plug & Play cruise control activation module, the complete retrofitting of the original cruise control system, including the Speed Limiter, can now be done without an activation document. This not only saves costs on the purchase of the retrofit kit but also on the activation through your authorized workshop.

The appropriate steering column switch with cruise control function - or the appropriate steering wheel buttons with trim panel for cruise control function (available in our online shop)
A new accelerator pedal to deactivate the limiter function (available in our online shop) - (only required if the installed pedal does not have a kick-down switch!)

NOT suitable for vehicles with SFD and SFD2 (Security Function Diagnosis).
